Cancellation Policy
Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the service.
No call / no shows will be charged 100% of the service.
If a client arrives 15 minutes or more late, cannot provide an ETA, or if the remaining time is insufficient to complete the service, the appointment may be canceled and treated as a late cancellation or no-call/no-show at the technician’s discretion.
This helps ensure I have time to fill your spot.
